This is Betty Becky. We can't really decide yet if she is a Betty or a Becky so we just call her both. She was born with Microphthalmia. Microphthalmia is a relatively uncommon congenital eye disease of dogs characterized by a unilateral or bilateral shrunken eye. She is perfectly healthy despite that. She is a Beagle Hound mix. She is so sweet and she loves people and playing with other dogs. She is an innocent soul who would love to share her love with you. She was thrown away from an uncaring person who wasn't worried if she lived or died. She needs a good home.
